Hydro-turbine regulation system is a complicated system in which hydraulic power, mechanism, and electricity influenced and restricted each other. This system belongs to the non-minimum phase system, in which the relevant parameters which describes its dynamic characteristic under different operating conditions changes very greatly, furthermore it has strong non-linearity affected greatly by the environment and time factor. These characteristic make the traditional PID regulation demonstrate worse adjusting function especially when changed parameters heavily.The PLC governor is used widely with its high dependability in the hydraulic power pliant. It uses ladder-shaped picture programming, which is simple and easy to use, but not flexible, and it is difficult to realize the complicated control law. Though it is simple to realize the control of the stepping motor using A/D, D/A module, but improving the performance of the governor become difficult. Otherwise, although various kinds of methods based on intellectual control have been proved to be practical already, but it is difficult to realize because of limited middle-and-low grade PLC resource and programming language ,etc.In order to improve the dynamic performance of the regulation system, this thesis has carried on research to the above two aspects. This thesis has introduced the governor model, and its position and function in the whole regulation system first, then point out the impact of the characteristic of hydro-turbine regulation system on routine PID regulation, and proved the limitation of routine PID regulation in variational parameter conditions through emulation. In order to solve the problem that routine PID regulation faced, the author has proposed to substitute the integral with fuzzy intellectual integral theoretically, and has gotten the satisfactory regulation result in MATLAB emulation. To the later question, the author has adopted TMS320F2812 of DSP to realize the hardware and software in regulation system This chip can remedy the deficiency of PLC , has high processing speeds, abundant resources, flexible characteristic of programming, and can realize the more complicated control law.
