| With the rapid development towards higher speed,lighter duty and higher output, the vibration and noise of internal combustion engine is more serious and the demand for control of it will continue to rise in intensity at the same time. That is why researchers all of the world have paid much attention to the problem of vibration. Combining the experimental condition, the author aims to study the vibration of 2-cylinder diesel engine i.e.YC2108 after reading a lot of relevant scientific papers at home and abroad . First of all, the author confirmed the studying objective and content before analyzing the domestic and foreign status of vibration control of 2-cylinder. YC2108 diesel is developed by Guangxi Yuchai Machinery Co.Ltd ,which is based on 4-cylinder and 6-cylinder engine .Because the balance of 2-cylinder engine isn't the same as the 4-cylinder and 6-cylinder engine,and we can't add balance measure to the special instance of 2-cylinder engine during product design. Therefore it arises engine's vibration very large after YC2108 diesel engine is entered into market,which influenced the comfort and reliability of vehicle. Thus consumers feel dissatisfied, which influenced the product's market development and sale in a certain extent. In order to solve this question, at first the author analyses the question from theory so as to find what arise the engine's vibration;then calculates the balance of correlative movement parts of YC2108 diesel engine,and finds correlative improvement scheme, thus the author improves on the flywheel and crankshaft pulley.After assembly the movement parts which have been improved,via have a practical vehicle test, and test the vibration with nice instrument, the test result indicates the vibration of engine and cab is clearly reduced, and obtains very clearly effect. At last select the best one among three scheme of mount gasket through comparing experimental test on vibrating intensity. Via hereinbefore measure we can reduce the vibrating intensity of YC2108 diesel engine and create a relatively comfortable environment for driver and passenger and then improve the market competition of the engine. |
