It is importance guideline for favorable quality of NHV to improve the ability of competition over the market and resolving the vehicle vibration to reduce vibration the Engine because Vibration and noise quantity level have been turned into importance guideline of the engine design.Restraining vibration exciting force load from interior of the Engine mean to be one of the mostly approach of control the vibration of the automobile.Therefore,the active balance technology of the crank and connection rod mechanism of the Engine is widely used in the engine design.The unbalance force and moment of Echo piston engine interior inertia force system is important exciting force fountain which can arouce vibrantion of the engine.Therefore,we must carry through balance analyzing and adopt corresponding measure and design relevant balance machine to restrain or reduce unbalance component of the inertia system and recede the vibration and improve work characteristic of the engine.This paper make the certain for 8-cylinder 60°vee the diesel engine for example to carry through active balance analyzing and balance optimize design of the diesel engine through the multi-rigid body dynamics analysis software ADAMS.The research contents are as follows.1.To attain lopsided cycle inertia force and moment and overturning moment through the kinematics and dynamics of the engine to analyze the interior vibration exciting force characteristic of the diesel engine balance case.2.To build the shaft multi-rigid body simulating model in ADAMS and attain the capsizal moment by the simulating result of the multi-rigid body simulating.3.To build simulating model of double shaft balance mechanism in ADAMS and make flyweel torque which is equal to negative number of overturning moment and structure parameter of engine into measure aim and design variable and to carry through DOE analyzing of the double shaft balance.Then calculate and design structure size of the balance shaft according to optimizing result of DOE.4.To build simulating model of fixing balance weight in ADAMS and make average value of most minish main bearing composition of forces into measure aim to carry through optimizing design analyzing of the balance weight.Attaining optimizing the result can establish structure design base of the balance weight.Above-mentioned study works indicate that the method of balance analyzing and optimizing design of the multi-rigid body dynamics simulating software ADAMS is an effective technic approach to cut down the development time of the diesel engine.
