The Development Of Railless Automatic Extension Doors

The automatic flexible door is a kind of high-tech machine electricity product, it carry out the automatic door of a mechanical system with the electrical machine to control door. This text is to studies a kind of Railless Automatic Extension door, improving the guidance system. Introduced the basic consist of the automatic flexible door, the development of domestic and international research, the method and the main investigative contentsSecond, we summarize the evaluation standard and application of different guidance techniques. And on the foundation of electromagnetism guidance technology, we design a guidance system of small vehicle. And we use the magnetic irons to make the guidance signa, and established magnetic field distribute the mathematics model, and get the size of the magnetic irons.Then we introduce the structure of small vehicle, establishing the kinematics model of the small mobile vehicle and the electric motor model. In the paper, we introduce detailedly hardware electric circuit system, including the MCU system of the automatic flexible door, sensor system etc, and the design of software procedure, including PID controlling algorithm, electric motor PWM controlling etc. Finally, we analyze the control system of small mobile vehicle and the kinematics model with the MATLAB SIMULINK tool.
