With the exacerbate of global energy shortages and air pollution problems, the sustainable development of traditional internal combustion engine vehicles have been threatened. The rise of electric vehicles gradually restrict the development of traditional internal combustion engine vehicles, and people come to realize that the electric car is the main way to solve the airpollution problems. Among them, the electric wheel vehicles as one of the representatives of electric vehicles, and that is born in this context, it appears on the electric car has important practical significance in technical innovation.Wheel electric car is to drive motor mounted directly on the wheel, you can achieveindependent control of multiple wheels. This unique driving mode, making each drive wheeltorque variation form the basis of each drive control study, this paper is the four-wheelindependent drive electric hub motor wheel car for the study, in turn conditions to each drivewheel torque demand changes in the theoretical basis for the establishment of BP neuralnetwork based drive control system, the reasonable control of each drive wheel torque.In this paper, the theory and methods for modeling the dynamics of automotive systemsbased on the use of Matlab/Simulink software to establish freedom of vehicle dynamicssimulation model14electric wheel vehicles. For vehicle model established in accordancewith the provisions of GB/T6323-1994simulate test vehicle handling and stability, and inaccordance with QC/T480-1999its comprehensive evaluation of handling stability andscoring. Then be simulated in the corresponding condition, to obtain the variation of thetorque of each drive wheel.According to the variation of electric vehicle drive wheel torque applied BP neuralnetwork drive control system, and with the Simulink model and BP neural network drivecontrol systems have not trained sample simulation. The results show that: the correctness ofthe established BP neural network drive control system, rationality, and neural networkcontrol system established by the neural network algorithm can achieve a reasonable controlof the electric wheel cars each driving wheel torque.In this paper, torque demand change rule of electric car’s each driving wheel is studied.And drive control system based on BP neural network is established. The simulation results show that the simulation results of drive control system is rational and the model is correct. Neural network drive control system has certain theoretical value and application significance to electric wheel motor drive control.
