Shipyard transporter is a special kind of vehicles for transiting heavy equipment and components; it is widely used in the over loading area, such as conveying part of big ship, industrial mainframe and etc. As an important part of the shipyard transporter, the cyclical wheel group hydraulic system plays a key role in the aspect of carrying performance.A shipyard transporter is composed by many hydraulic and mechanical components, during the course of carrying and veering, the different bridges and wheel groups should cooperate with each other, and respond frequently. According to the factual case of the load, the resistant moment about the shipyard transporter veering is calculated, and meanwhile the biggest force of the veering cylinder is confirmed, all of these can provide a precondition for the design and optimization of the cyclical hydraulic system.The organization of servo controlled hydraulic cylinder is the core part of the cyclical hydraulic system, in this article, the dynamic equation of the system is established which is based on the method of the transfer function, then the position diamonds figure of the cylinder is established by system pressure. Because the type of the servo valve and cylinder are selected, the imitation organization model can be established by the Simulink function module of the MATLAB, then the control program of PID is edited based on the three-rank differential coefficient transfer function, according to the imitation, the controls parameter is rectified and the system is optimized.During the course of the whole cyclical hydraulic system modeling, the original model is the hydraulic principle drawing, the setting of the hydraulic components parameter and the definition of the function then can be done. the key components are the products of Rexroth and Moog, and are analyzed particularly, the correctness of the choose for the important parts is identified not only in theory but also in fact, all of these can insure a actual imitation result. In the course of modeling, the effective imitation function is edited according to the capability parameter and physical equation of the hydraulic components. Then, the hydraulic model is imitated , analyzed and optimized. Before the imitation, the step and time is set, when the imitation is done, the changed curve can be observed accurately, the velocity of the cylinder, the pressure of the system and damp can be analyzed and optimized too. |
