The development of the vehicle industry and transportation enterprise, make people want new functions and capabilities of vehicles, especially the bus drivers who run in the city. Bus engine's in its back, with manual mechanical transmission, and the distance between the bus stops is short, bus drivers have to do the manipulation of start, gearshift and stop again and again. So they will be uncomfortable and tired soon. The development of Electronic Pneumatic Shift System not only fits the situation of our country, but also alleviates bus drivers' labor. The system bases on the primary manual mechanical transmission, exerts the electronic mechanical integration design, utilizes the method of the Electronic Pneumatic Shift to complete the shift operation.The Electronic Pneumatic Shift System is composed of two machines. The control machine close to the driver and the execution machine close to the transmission on the back of bus. The control machine codes the driver's manipulation, transmit action instruction with the wireless communication module. The execution machine receives the action instruction with the wireless communication module, controls the corresponding gas valve to act. At the same time collects the valve's feedback, if finds a valve is broken-down, the execution machine transmits malfunction code to the control machine, the latter informs the driver to avoid the accidents.This thesis is composed of the design of the execution machine control system's hardware circuit, the system's software and the wireless communication. The thesis firstly introduces the work theories of transmission, clutch and the synchronization machine, explain the execution machine's main object is the shift shaft in S6-90 transmission. Explains the system's collectivity project design, introduces the system's each main components , the control machine's work theory and the execution machine's work theory. On the foundation of the sketch and work theory of the execution machine's components, explains the execution's hardware circuit design, consists of the information collect circuit, the choice of each chip and other correlative hardware circuit. Introduces wireless communication module nRF905's working, the establishment of the communication agreement. Design the system software based on the success of the hardware. At last introduces the execution machine control system's anti-jamming measures.The debugging results show the execution machine control system basically completes the capability request, run stably, achieves the expectant goal.
