| This paper provides a path to design the hydraulic pressure grab by using the optimize & simulation thechnology according to the inefficientcy in design . On the base of analysising the grab capability , this paper reseachs how to use data design technology by using feasible optimize method . Firstly this paper explores the main systerm modeling methods in hydraulic grab;then we focus the analysis on the kinematics and bear of the back shovel dig device, the request of the gig ability, the task efficiency , the endure intension; after that we creat a rational maths model and write a program to ananlysis the data acquired; finally, this paper gets the optimize parameter and scheme, and protracts the grab envelope chart. The rearch of the paper is useful to the upswing or design of the hydraulic grab. |
