Heart is the core of the cyclical system of human body. The activity of the heart is the mechanical contraction caused by the biological electrocardiac signal. In human body, the three-dimensional space conductor, the biological electrocardiac signal can spread to everywhere and make regular electric variations. Electric pole set on certain place of a human body, the signal is amplified and recorded by time, We can get a continuous curve and that's Electrocardiograph.This paper analyses the properties of electrocardiac signal .The electrocardiac signal is the week signal in the strong noise made by complicated organism (human body) (except the body temperature, which is directly examined).The amplitude of the electrocardiac signal is from 10μv to 4mv ,The frequency changes from 0.05Hz to 100Hz.It The electrocardiac signal is inundated with 50Hz electric frequency signal and other person's signal .The electrocardiac signal's checking procedure and method are complex . The amplifying quality of electrocardiac signal directly influences the function of the instrument and the diagnosis of the heart diseasesAn electrocardiac signal amplifying circuit is designed in this paper and the full attention is paid to the properties of electrocardiac signal. We use the model made up of the front.differential amplifier , band pass filter and band elimination filter, and use Multisim to simulator relevant circuit, the result of simulator shows that the function of amplifying circuit and filter are very well,the experiment result of hardware circuit also shows that it can accomplish the task of the electrocardiac signal amplifying well.
