| The modern light steel building construction system was born in the beginning of 20th century, which was fast developed in World War II and was used to the construction of the battlefield hangar which needed very high construction speed , the military camp and so on. In the 1940's the portal frame was appeared, and the light enclosing structure which was composed by the colored contour plate and the cold-formed thin-wall steel purlin was used massively in the 1960's .At present the light steel structure has become the main structural style of the buildings in the developed countries. The New Type of Light Gauge Steel structure designed by the Canadian Interland Company has been applied for 19 years in North America and many countries. Its construction technology of using 100% cold-formed thin-wall steel to the construction of multilayer buildings is the unique one nowadays.Taking each technical standard of the New Type of Light Gauge Steel Building as a key point, the thesis makes the New Type of Light Gauge Steel Building as the object, studies the technical questions with analogy and classification methods and synthetic evaluates the building from various aspects: economic cost, social efficiency etc. Then the feasible of developing the New Type of Light Gauge Steel Building in China is analyzed from macrostructure such as national economy and sustainable design.Starting with introducing some domestic correlated systems and technical measure, real projects and achievements are classified and summed up, which offer arguments for thereafter demonstration as well as accumulates the materials for relevant research. As the main body of this thesis, making technical problems of the New Type of Light Gauge Steel Building as the target, through the logical building construction programs, chapter 3,4,5 analyze and summarize the technical steps one by one and contain almost the whole substance of building construction, such as structure, heat preservation, fireproof, antiseptic and building construction. As a conception-environmental protection house, which is specially aimed at technical study of the New Type of Light Gauge Steel Building, is put forward in the thesis.Combined with the technical main point, chapter 6 tastes to build a multiple appraise about the New Type of Light Gauge Steel Building from the field such as economic, unction, environmental protection and using of resources. Some true data of a real example used in chapter 7, which wholly try to reflect the technological andeconomic of the New Type of Light Gauge Steel Building with justice .The development directions are also raised on the basis of the appraise result.In the end, some problems about this research worth to be studied afterward are put forward, accompanied with some summaries and expectations of this thesis. |
