This paper combined many domestic and international references, domestic and international development condition, analysis and on-the-spot investigation of many domestic and international house. It will provide the basic theories for house landscape planning and design from now on. 3 The main contents were pointed out in the third part, which included the situation of house district, counterplot, main layout, space dividing, road planning, main nodes, the principles of designing plant landscape, sample artistic creation, landmarks, edges, Non-obstructive design an so on. At the same time, to get up the characteristics of house, history , culture and environment of the district, the style of architecture, living function, the compose , taste, societal graduation of resident and the name of projection were expounded in the paper. By means of green land planning and design. Comfort living space was embodied. 4. In the projection, the author expounded that the guiding thoughts, basic principles, basic localization, and this paper proved the experience of enjoyment, comprehension to life, achieving success for residents at the basic of the theories. With the case of landscape and design on QiXing house by the author, the research expatiated the contents of the planning and design in a practical way. The house environment has the imperceptible influence to residents, which makes the society progress and develop.
