The outlying station is remote, traffic is inconvient, and the big network is diffict to reach, so problems of without electricity and lack of electricity is very prominent. Taking example for our station, now the power supply system of our station is the urban power network, because the transmission line is very long, investment cost is very high, and the load is very light, our station is always out of power. The main power supply is provided by two diesel generators alternately, two bank of 48V accumulators are used as spare power and provide power for 48V electrical source of communication devices. However, the diesel generation has the disadvantage of inconvenient transportation, polluting environment, influence communication devices. The Electric consumption of our station is not large, and the wind power resource is abundant in local place, using wind power to generate electricity has a lot of advantage. Wind power resource is one kind of clean regenerative resource, wind power generation is one kind of new resource, and wind power generation has the advantage of short construction cycle, flexible installed capacity, without submerging globe and so on. So people pay more and more attention on it. As the wind power has the characteristic of randomicity and intermission, the voltage and frequency stability of power supply system are severely affected,and it is easy to lead frequency and voltage breakdown,so peculiar measures is needed. Now the devotion to wind power generation in home and overseas is very large, the construction of the wind farm is fast, but the main attention is forcus on the research on the wind power generation connected to power system, wind power model and generator or the isolated wind power generator, the research aim at small unite power supply system is few, and the research on the possibility of the load which has the high requirement on power supply reliability and voltage quality utilize wind power. The outlying station require utilize local energy to provide power, the wind power generation is mostly possible to be utilized, but the power supply system structure requires to be designed reasonable and utilize modern control technology to ensure the stability of power supply system and avoid frequency breakdown and voltage breakdown. Aiming at the structure of the wind power generatior which is widely used now and combining with the load and the requirement to power supply of our station, this thsis research on the electric power supply system using wind power generation by outlying station. At first, the load of the outlying station and the requirement of the power supply are analysed, and the power supply system and its operation mode using wind power generation by Outlying Station are put forward . secondly, the control measures which enhance power supply quality and ensure operation stability are studied in detail, including some of author's sight. Finally, numerical simulation research on the characteristic of wind power generator combined with other power source are done, the requirement of adjustion time constant and adjustion range of the controllable load is put forward.
