The supporter studied in this thesis is a kind of module in the rocket structure. It is used not only to connect the inertial navigation with the rocket body but also to reduce the vibration of the equipment. In the optimization problem of the supporter, what we concern is the dynamic response level of the equipment.Structure optimization design is widely used in structure design; especially dynamic analysis and optimization of structure play an important role in structural design and investigation. The optimization efficiency is dependent largely on the calculating efficiency and precision of sensitivity analysis. The purpose of sensitivity analysis is to find out the most sensitive parameters to the response. Therefore sensitivity analysis is an indispensable part of optimization design.Beginning with the development, features and process of structure optimization design, the first part of the article emphasizes on the transferring of engineering problems to mathematical problems.Then depended on the Gradient Projection Method, the gradient projection direction is deduced. The gradient direction is the basement for sensitivity analysis. And the analytical method of sensitivity analysis based on FEM is discussed.Based on the characteristics of this system, the solution process for sensitivity analysis of supporter due to the base-excitation is established. According to the problem of transient response, the method of sensitivity analysis of equivalent integration form of constraint is presented. After that, the problem of random response can be transferred to the problem of steady state response by using pseudo excitation method. And the formula for sensitivity of variance response is presented.Finally several numerical examples are used to illustrate the correctness and practicability of the proposed sensitivity analysis method.Sensitivity analysis techniques have become an important part of optimization design. With the development of optimization design, sensitivity analysis will play a more important role.
