| In production assembly process is the last step and plays an important role in product quality assurance. With the development of computer aided technology, the computer aided assembly process planning (CAAPP) technology has been in used widely. Compared with traditional method, it has a lot of merits. So it's necessary to study on it deeply. In this paper, under the background project of Study on Diesel—Computer Aided Assembly Process Planning, the structure, working theory and reality means of CAAPP are studied, and a integrated assembly design system based on C/S model is developed. What have completed in this thesis includes the following:Having analyzed the design request, a function frame of the system has been constructed firstly. Then abstracting the object type of the information factors by dividing the system function, a flexible and expandable information model established through the technique of Object Oriented modeling is realized.This system could solve the information sharing problem of design and assembly and could also realize the generation of product BOM. Which has put forward a assembly process design technique use typical process or base on the interaction between man and computer. And some key technologies are also expatiated detailedly, such as typical process based on assembly features, the generation of process graphic based on assembly entity in CAD, process graphic edit OLE technology-based, process files management based on process-file tree, design of process cards format based on Excel, and so on.Finnally, the running condition and main function forms of this system are introduced. This system has been put into the practice of assembling diesel engine for a diesel engine company. The result is good. |
