With the development of the technology of the computer especially embedded system, the traditional analytical instrument is updating constantly. It is marching towards such directions as digitization, intelligent, informationization, networking, microminiaturization and solid state, etc. At the same time, there is certain disparity between the level of analytical instrument of our country and foreign like product. This still needs analytical instrument's researcher to make more untiring efforts. The subject is a further research based on homemade analytical instrument's digitized platform project of Nanfen Analytical Instrument Plant in Nanjing. This plays a certain role in further research of homemade analytical instrument's digitization, intelligent and microminiaturization. On the other hand, as a kind of embedded system, the analytical instrument requires us to follow the development situation and demand of the embedded system. Especially with the development of microprocessor and RTOS, we should study and apply them in time to catch up with and surpass the analytical instrument's development level in the world. This subject is set about from the function demand for the analytical instrument and the development of embedded system's software and hardware these two respects mainly. It carries on research on structure in analytical instrument's requirement and choice of embedded system's software and hardware and instrument hardware and software's demand and structural design. This subject carries on research of design and application of ARM chip and RTOS—μC/OS-Ⅱon analytical instrument especially. This dissertation contains five chapters. The first chapter introduces briefly the origin of topic, background information, brief description of analytical instrument and history embedded system and the task performed by the author. The second chapter introduces briefly the process of development for embedded system. It includes choice of hardware platform and software platform and develop platform. This chapter describes choice of ARM microprocessor and RTOS--μC/OS-Ⅱ. The introduction of analytical instrument's hardware and software system in the third and the fourth chapter is the emphasis of this dissertation. It firstly introduces design of hardware for this system. It includes demand analysis of the hardware, choice of hardware, basic system design and the extend system design. Especially, the author make detail design for S3C44B0X based on the feature of ARM CPU—S3C44B0X. Then it introduces design of software for this system. It includes demand analysis of software, porting and application of μC/OS-Ⅱbased on ARM, porting and application of embedded TCP/IP and detail software design about multitask. In the last chapter, the author summarizes the content of this dissertation and the work accomplished by the author, describe the orientation of analytical instrument development and investigation in prospect. |
