In this dissertation, an integrated two-procedure system for automatic dynamic balancing emendation is developed, which is applied to rotor unbalance's emendation for high cost-effectiveness. Key technologies of dynamic balancing emendation have been studied deeply. The dissertation consists of six chapters:Chapter 1, based on the discussion about the significance of research of dynamic balancing emendation and the review of current status and future development trend of dynamic balancing emendation technology, the research content of this dissertation is proposed and the research framework is arranged.Chapter 2, the basic theory of dynamic balancing emendation is discussed. Meanwhile, a scheme of two-procedure automatic dynamic balancing system is advanced, and then the principle of this system is introduced in detail.Chapter 3, the whole structure of two-procedure automatic dynamic balancing measuring and controlling system is designed and each module is introduced. The key technology of embedded software programming is studied,and at last the system software is explained.Chapter 4, key technologies of automatic dynamic balancing emendation system are studied.The removing model of electromotor's rotor based on R-shaped cutter is designed and this model optimizes the manufacturing phase angle of rotor . With the aid of this model the emendation precision of rotor is improved. The Anti-interference technologies with multi- microprocessor are studied .Interference is eliminated or avoided through related technologies of from the two aspects of software and hardware ; The control method of step motor is analyzed;The intelligent monitoring technology used in the integrated two-procedure system for automatic dynamic balancing emendation is deeply studied and the practical method is advanced.Chapter 5, three experiments including URR experiment, the precision of dynamic balancing emendation and the efficiency of manufacturing are introduced. Abundant experiment charts and data indicate that prospective performance indexes of the integrated two-procedure system for automatic dynamic balancing emendation are achieved.Chapter 6, important results and conclusions of this dissertation have been summarized and the prospect for the application of dynamic balancing emendation system has been put forward.
