Research On Construction & Management For The Suited Pipe-Networks Engineering Of Wasterwater Treatment Plant In The Main City Zone,Zhangjiakou

This item'construction is divided to two phase. This phase is main in the wastewater cut work by the two Qingshuiqiao sides.This phase the wastewater trunk pipe'whole length is 29km,the pipe diameter is DN500~DN1500,the average burying deep is 4.5~7.5m,the most deep is 8.6m.Base on the item'design scale ,the wastewater treatment factory'scale is 100,000m3/d in the first phase,in order to ensure the highest water collection rate,and make sure the wastewater treatment factory'running normally,we study and discuss the impossible of the plan's application.After the application of the plan the waste water collection rate will arrive at 60%. In the plan'argumentation phase ,we bring forword oppugm on the methond that the cut trunk pipe is layed in the bed of the river,accoding to the national experience ,the pipe in the bed of the river is a special plan,and the whole river laying lack of enough stuff..we make an investigate on the practical data in term of the new thinking,and make the feasibility and economical investigate comparion,finally we educe the conclusion that laying the pipe under the road.In the construct process ,base on the connection of the wastewater pipe and pipe net'maintence and flood'excluding,the wastewater is layed besides the river is the most economical and reasonable method.In this paper some special chater discuss the plan'comparion process. In the study and early design phase,by analyzing, the cut plan is too guard,it is necessary to make the pipe diameter opitimize.Afer the collate repeatly,and conclusion of the municipal pipe design experience,combin the rain instance in tne recent years and the particularity of the water drainage system in Zhangjiakou,we opitimize the pipe net system in the process of construction.We use the landform grade in the city,adjust the pipe diameter,grade and abound degree,make the pipe wastewater hydraulics streamline more reasonably.This design begin from the angle of the combining consideration,it has a guidance effect on the water drainage system'...
