The research discussed the influence of compression ratio and ignition advanced angle to performance of LPG engine.The mixer is designed whose function is good. The experimental system and controller of ignition advanced angle are developed . Take G427 engine for example, We get the best ignition advanced angle and satisfactory results by the bench test .The hardware and software of ignition advanced angle controller are designed in this base.LPG engine with high compression ratio had been tested. The result show that performance of engine will be improve by increasing compression ratio of engine and using best ignition advanced angle.
