High-speed railway locomotive and vehicle need to develop alternating current [A.C.] electric locomotive. As a key component, 200km/h C0-C0 locomotive bogie may be designed in my country by improving bogie structure and optimizing dynamics performance based on SS9 bogie. In this paper, a C0-C0 locomotive bogie is designed and the dynamics analysis shows that the bogie can achieve good riding stability,riding quality and curving performance. Harmonious relation among secondary suspension's fixing position, the longitudinal location of mass between primary suspension and sencondary suspension, the wheelbase and their effects on locomotive transverse dynamics performance are discussed in detail.Furthermore, it is studied about the influence of middle wheelset bearing axial loose clearance, primary longitudinal/transverse rigidity and transverse fixing joint stiffness of traction motor on transverse dynamics performance of locomotive. And the analysis will offer theoretical support for improving locomotive running quality. In the end, a new configuration used for linking hollow axle - end tooth table is designed and the configuration and hollow axle are analyzed on stress intensity.
