| With the fast development of economy, transportation system has made great progress. As a new vehicle, Maglev has gained wide attraction with its great advantages of high-speed, comfort, security, surrounding-protection and so on. German EMS(Electro Magnetic Suspension) high-speed Maglev imported in Shanghai, has successfully passed its pilot running, which gets world-wide noticed. As the first one introducing Maglev technology ii commercial transportation, our country is leading the world in the application, research and development in Maglev vehicle.Vehicle-carrying control power supply system on Maglev is studied in this paper. According to the requirements, the selecting preference topology of the power supply, redundancy design, parallel connection and current sharing, etc. are also introduced. The paper is presented in five parts:In chapter I, some advantages of switch mode power supply and its application are highlighted. The advantages and limitations of the DC-DC converter and the topology are summarized.In chapter II, the principles of four types magnetic core reset techniques in one transistor forward converter are introduced and simulated separately.In chapter III, complete analysis and simulation of the operation stages of two-switch forward converter is presented.In chapter IV, according to the vehicle-carrying control power supply's requirements, the main circuit, control circuit, and transformer of two stage switching power supply is designed.Finally, some experimental results are presented. |
