Research Of Automobile Braking Test Networking System

Research content of this article is to develop a new automobile braking test networking system. The task was come from the mini-car test-line reconstruction project of Hafei Motor Co. Ltd. On base of particular reconnaissance and performance analysis to original braking test system and associating with the new current native and broad braking performance test technique and development trends and considering synthetically of the project's economy requirement, this article lucubrate and expatiate the new system. The original testing line of Hafei Motor Co. Ltd developed based on the technique of 1997 and DOS flatform. It had many disadvantages such as low test precision, capability of car types inadiquit, low efficiency of data transmission and shortage of substitution part. Meanwhile, the international and native advanced test lines have more hign degree of automation and efficiency and well system stability. Facing the trailed situation Hafei Co.'s updating plan has directly affect the realistic production. The project is an ergency for the company. This article discusses five aspects in detail including the basic theory of braking test technique, the whole constitution of system, the working principles of uniaxial expansion rolling test-bed, network constitution and the software design of data sampling system. The theory part introduce the basic principle of braking test system and perform the mechanics analysis and build a mathematics model.
