Abstract/Summary:
Title: Kinematic Simulation and Dynamic Analysis for Backhoe Equipment of theHydraulic ExcavatorMajor: Mechanical EngineeringAdviser: Prof. Kou ZunquanHydraulic Excavator is key construction equipment in many areas:transportation, energy exploitation and town construction. This equipment canreflect the mechanization level of these areas. Therefore, it is meaningful toemphasize and accelerate its improvement and innovation and advance productquality to satisfy the users for speeding up modernization construction. This paper begins with the analysis of the characteristic and advantage of thetechnology of Virtual Prototype and put this technology into the area of excavatordesign and exploitation. It has focused on the Backhoe Equipment of theHydraulic Excavator by this technology. This technology has played the important role in the whole process of theexcavator design and manufacture. In this way, the design time and cost can bereduced. In the followed stage, the stimulation experiment can be done to insteadof the real production experiment. Excavator is different from other equipment inmany ways. The introduction of this technology can help to stimulate diverseworking condition and analyzing many design plans in the fast way. In the wholeprocess, the parameters can be modified according to the optimized advice andcustomer's requirements. The ADAMS is a kind of software based on the technology, which is themost famous mechanical system stimulated analyzing software designed by theMechanical Dynamics Inc. in the USA. Using this software the parameter modelcan be created. At last, the simulation test, which is like the real condition, can be...
