Currently, in the second-generation missile weapon systems of China Navy, network has been the main type of information communication, which provides convenience for the peripheral equipment to exchange data with weapon systems. In the weapon system'research trial and appreciation trial, because of the participation of personnel and forces from different departments and units, there must be corresponding command&display system to ensure the trial carried on in order. In accordance with the new ship-to-air missile weapon system, author presents and designs the portable real-time command&display system on warship to adapt to the trial work of the new generation naval tactics missile weapon system. Though XJX system is a ship-based trial command system, it doesn't belong to the standard equipments of the warship, thus the system must be designed into portable style; Because the sources of the system data are ethernet and standard RS422 serial interface, the real-time data reception and processing are one of the kernels of the XJX system; As a trial command system, XJX system provides trial situation mainly which is shown by a unified situation interface graphics after all the information has been graphed; Because the system serves for many kinds users and the trial plan is indefinite, the XJX system is required to have the ability to deal with the modification of using type and the diversity of requirement。Based on the above consideration, all designs of this system are realized by using Rational Unified Process and UML mark system in order to make the system reliable and maintainable. In the XJX system, the software system has complicated functions, which make it difficult to realize, therefore, the software design becomes the main content of the system design. During the design of the software, the RUP software process is used combined with the UML language. Firstly, users'requirements are obtained through the design and analysis of the use cases of the system.Meanwhile, the system's function and the system users are defined by the use cases. Secondly, the design of system dynamic running is carried on through the system dynamic model which is composed of the activity graphics , sequence graphics, interaction graphics. The activity graphics is used to describe the main activities, judgment points and branches of the system in order to model for the operation of the system. In order to model the object's information processing sequence, the sequence graphics is used to describe the procedure of the objects information communication in time order during the process of information processing.The interaction graphics is used to model the dynamic interaction for the system kernel content-situation graphics showing the generation of situation, interaction of situation objects and the transmission of relevant information etc. The realization of XJX includes two parts: hardware realization and software realization. Between them, the software realization is emphases of this system. The realization of the system's hardware includes: the design of the hardware, the composition of system, the definitude of the parameter of the equipment etc. The realization of the system's software includes: the design of exact math models, appropriate data structure design of digital sea map, the design of situation displaying graphics containing abundant content, exact and real-time processing of network data and serial data, effectual management of object's trail, perfect data management...etc. In the system software, the situation display is the kernel content of the system. In order to realize the trial situation display, firstly, we need the digital sea map as the background, which includes seacoast line, fathom line, islands, petroleum terrace, place names, numeral marks, and other geographic information contents. To meet the different trial requests, the sea map's data structure is designed to the vector type, which enables the sea map to enlarge, contract, move and let the user select the geographic information etc. Secondly, in order to form the dynamic situation information, the system should receive and process the correlative data source's information in time, which includes the network data of the warship and the wireless communication data from coast. Those information will be displayed by means of dynamic icons and real-time trails. Again, the trial plan, which includes the different routes of the warship and target, entering points and shoot areas etc., also should be shown by means of graphics. Finally, all information is amalgamated, edited, displayed by the uniform management in a common situation graphics . In XJX system, it is the basic task to receive, process and display data, so data processing becomes the kernel work of the system. The work includes the real-time receiving and processing of the network data and serial data. Network data is the main source of the data which is needed by the system. Network data include such data as follows: the missile and objects's location information, the warships navigation and swing information, the state information of the weapon equipment, the execution of the commands etc. In the system, fistly, the data's reception and elementary analyse are...
