The Research On Step-Stress Accelerated Life And Starting Durability Of Refrigeration Compressor

This paper is written for the system named YSQ used in measuring step-stress accelerated life and starting durability of mini-refrigeration compressor.YSQ system based on step-stress accelerated life and startingi durability is consisted of substitute refrigeration system, computer acquiring system and PLC. The system will be running successively under certain environment.On Windows2000 operating system, the YSQ system has a visual software programming.The PC data processing and analyzing system can intellectually store data and inquire Database based on SQL Server. Working in with the YSQ system, it improves the adjustability because of the setting of the testing parameters and the data visualization online because of the follow-act function.The project is brought up from practice and is supported by government and enterprise. The project is perfect with fundamental research, experiment, manufacturing and etc.The main technical indexes have achieved national standard, after almost six months' trial.
