Based on analyzing the development of on-line monitoring partial discharge technology in power transformers and cooperated with the current sensor, DSP and the communication interface card of CAN, this paper used the graphical programming language LabVIEW to develop an on-line monitoring partial discharge system based on the virtual instruments. The system used a high-speed data acquisition unit which frequency sampling reach to 20MHz, and used a CAN bus with strong anti-interference and high transmission speed rate to communicate up-side machine and down-side machine. At the same time, the software of the up-side machine can realize several functions such as filtering the on-line monitoring data with anti-interference software, querying database information, analyzing and displaying data and issuing on-line monitoring information through WEB. The experiment in the laboratory showed that the system can reach the requirement and has a potential applying prospect. |
