Fast Reactor has propagate, safety, higher hot efficiency etc. advantages, so it should be developed.The thesis takes the reactor vessels in China Experiment Fast Reactor as the research object, according to the ASME code, the nuclear power earthquake code etc. relevant nuclear safety guidelines and regulation codes, complete the safe function evaluation of mechanics of the reactor vessels in CEFR under the all conditions that various proper loads and the different load from the outside, complete the stress intensity calculation with assess of the main vessel and the guard vessel and the support skirt in CEFR except for the creep and fatigue analysis.The Reactor Vessels are the important part of CEFR, They are two layer shells that use the stainless steel jointing. The Main Vessel is a large and thin vessel, its diameter about 8m, high about 10m, thickness about 25-35 mm, the inner contain the reactor core, heat exchanger, the Pump etc. equipments and Na about 260t. The Guard Vessel encircle the Main Vessel, it is another large and thin vessel and diameter about 8. 2m. The thesis described the main structure of the Reactor Vessels, then it gives various work condition and loads, then application models compute the stress in the different work condition and loads, analysis and evaluated according to the codes. In the end, it gives the conclusion that the stress intensity of the Reactor Vessels meets the codes.The thesis systematically describes the mechanics calculation, analysis and evaluation of the Reactor Vessel in CEFR, from the engineering to carried on the research and discussion to the calculation of the Reactor Vessel, concentration application many limit theories methods to resolvethe structure mechanics problem, with the hot work group cooperated to complete the application of the equivalent heat rate, put forward the concrete piping extreme limit load to carry the infliction and application, make use of the mechanics procedure in a specific way computed the TEMP and thermal stress, and discussed the calculation method of the hot impact and the calculation of the mutative TEMP, apply the method of second model and second structure, the limit theories methods to the mechanics model of calculation.The thesis carry on the systemic research and summaries of the calculation and assessment of the first class and the heat vessel, applying to the theories of the laws and norm in the actual problem, and to concrete calculation and assessed the method to carry on to induce and discuss, give detailed calculation process and assess the method and formulas.The work of the thesis completed has combined together with the actual engineeringclose, it have the actual engineering meaning to practice.-... |
