In order to catch up with the world's advanced technology in lorry manufacturing industry. Our ministry of railway put forward to increasing the speed of railway transportation. Therefore, the bogie stability caused by speeding, especially of the frame brace , becomes more and more important. In this paper, the deformation process of the frame brace was analyzed by the way of the reverse engineering and numerical simulation, Then we made a process plan. We can shorten the studying circle about one year, thus reduce the cost to develop new products. On the profiling of the steel pipe, we increased the life of die about 30 times by using the mobile cavity die profiling structure. To ensure the quality of the products ,we adopted multi-orientation method. And in order that the die can fit for different raw materials, we take use of the adjustable pressing chunk structure. In the manufacturing of the lock plate as an important part placed in the crossing support device, we solved the problem of die breaking by using of stroke protecting device. To ensure the quality of the products and to improve the die life more than 30 times, we used the high strength steel, 65Nb as the material.
