Firstly,carry on research to research object , type , level , course , stage , category , key element , evaluation criterion to the urban design, and then through analysing to the management -oriented system of the domestic and international urban design, concrete instance, but the place of reference of ones that propose working out the urban design of our country. The fourth part of thesis is a key part. Put forward task and requirement that the urban design is worked out to the national conditions of our country at first. And then propose concept of "M&C type " urban design "of "facing management ", " regard controlling and leading as means ", and to "M&C type " urban design is it carry on frame build research that construct to work out .
