A Design And Realization Of The Boiler Detect And Control System Based On FCS

The development and advancement of the computer software technic, the computer hardware technic and the computer network technic, affect profoundly every field all over the world .In the field of the industry process control, there is profound change from the tradition control system to the communication control integrative system. Field Bus Control System (FCS) is the process rank and the stakeout-control rank of the communication control integrative system .It is also the principal part of the stakeout-control function in the communication control integrative system and the nerve twig of the Internet /Intranet .So FCS represents the development direction of the autocontrol system.The technic of FieldBus is the synthesis and the integration of the computer technic, the communication technic and the control technic. For the characteristics of full digital, full dispersive and full opening, the FieldBus control technic is becoming the main body of autocontrol. As one of the FieldBus standards, CAN has been regarded as one of the most promising FieldBus for its high-powered, high-reliability and particular design, and it has been used in more and more fields. SHCAN2000 control system is based on the CAN, which adapts to medium-small-sized system, and is extended and used broadly. This system offers a new way of the high technic for our industries's and enterprises's produce equipment in existence.As one of important devices that transformed the crude resource into quadric resource, the boiler's working status affects the using rate of resource directly. At present, the boiler running is controlled by hand in most enterprises of our country with uncultured technology, low using rate of resource, high working intensity, bad working condition. It is necessary to design a safe, reliable and efficient control system for exerting resourcevirtue, promoting the development of national economy.This paper puts forward a FieldBus Control System project in allusion to three 35t/h smoke boilers and three 40t/h heating boilers of the Dalian Longhai Group. And it discusses the software and the hardware construction of the boiler SHCAN2000 FieldBus, the design and realization of the software and the hardware in the course of practical application. Integrating the application background of the boiler control system item, the paper presents the solution of adopting SHCAN2000 system to realize the autocontrol of the boiler produce, including the loop autocontrol, the data auto-collection, the friendly human-machine interface, the test reports auto building, etc. The function configuration realization of the upper operation station and field control unit are introduced in the paper. In the same time, this paper also introduces particularly the material realization scheme of the boiler long-distance technic support.This control system has successfully applied in the supplying heat engineering of the Dalian Longhai Group. The system has the strong function, the good control effect, and the favorable generalize application value. It proves that the boiler FieldBus control scheme is the proper and feasible design, and makes valuable attempt for the further application of FieldBus in the industry control field.
