The Multisensor Downhole Tool(MDT) is the important corollary equipment of the ESP. It use the ESP cable as means of communication and power.By using the multi-integrated sensor and power line communication, it has high precision.It can offer a lot of detailed parameters of downhole environment,which can be used by the operator to monitor the ESP running state and oil well production. So raising the working reliability and utilizing efficiency of ESP. It is the streamlined metheod used in downhole monitoring of the world.The Multisensor measures pump intake pressure ,motor temperature ,intake temperature ,discharge pressure ,vibration and current leakage of the ESP electrical system. All transducers are housed inside the Multisensor body. MDT is installed on the base of the downhole ESP motor.MDT measures the downhole parameters at different times ,the signals gotten will be enlarged transmitted to the MUX ,then changed from Voltage to Frequency signal ,finally the single signal will put into 89C52 89C52 deals with the signal and send another signal from TXD ,isolated by the photoelectricity isolator ,to XR2206 ,which makes the enlarged FSK signal ,put out to the power line.Another measuring equipment on the earth is nearly the same to the one downhole ,but it uses the 89C51 micro - processor and the working process is opposite .When receives the FSK signal from downhole , XR2211 will lock the phase ,filtrate the wave motion ,change the signal into digit signal ,put it into 8031 ,which deals with the signal and display it .This is the first attempt to design 6 parameters downhole monitoring measurement in our country. It is more far-ranging andpreciser than the measurement extensively used in our country which only measures motor temperature and intake temperature. It will be a advanced technical instrument which guarantee the high working reliability of ESP. It will be the first improving of downhole monitoring in our country after our successful development.
