| In recent years, with the economic, scientific and technological development in our country, the tall buildings'quantity and layer have increased, the building-form have being original, the theory of designing and method engaging in construction have improved accordingly. Mechanic condition of tall building was very complicated under load, so it demand the foundation be qualified on intensity, warping character and stability. Designing and engaging in construction of foundation were very important to tall buildings and the environment they situated; the cost and term under construction of foundation were significant to the whole project. The paper incorporates the project of one tall building situated in south-east area of ChengDu city by the Fuhe-river, in order to study the problem of foundation designing and ground disposing. Determining the plan of foundation through considering of building-form, geological situation, material condition and some other factors. Discussing the reason of board-foundation plan adopted. Introducing the principle and inspection of concrete jet mixing pile. Studying the mechanic norm of cement-soil. Studying the board-foundation and comparing the result by the method of hard-board and the method of elastic-board on Winkler ground model, combining the sinking inspection, draw the conclusion that the designing-model must be adopted considering the concrete conditions of building-form, foundation and ground, which means draw correct result by controlling correct concept. Foundation designing is vital in tall building designing. The treatment of foundation and its calculation were very complicated. The work in this paper provides some way of thinking and method about the problem in foundation designing and ground disposing. It had some reference value and practical meaning. |
