With the deepening of what the state opened up to the hydroelectric resources in west of china vigorously, and the strong points of rock-fill dam such as the littler effect because of climate, extensive mechanize constructing speedily through the methods of layering and partition, it becomes one of most competitive embankment moulds in 21 centuries. Yet, with the enlargement of project of different rock-fill dam, the total constructing amount of the project and the monthly constructing intensity also increase at the same time. It becomes the significant problem that how to carry on high grade and efficient constructing below the two prerequisite of maintaining extensive mechanize constructing speedily and guaranteeing the desire of norm and design papers. Moreover, there is the greatter disparity in the construction quality control of rock-fill dam and concrete dam. It is the people's research task for quite a long time to look for one kind of easy and convenient means that is applicable to control and evaluate the construction quality. On checking the stability of embankment slope and optimizing it, the paper combines dam of Ye Le hydropower station on the river of Nan Ya in Sichuan province. Depending on the capability of variable selecting and substituting of the analysis of multivariate linear regression, selects the distinct associations of some elements that affect the shear strength of rock-fill dam, and select the more comparative association to construct the mathematical model. Finally, utilizing the field test datum that is relatively easy to collect, and joining the quality control withthe selection of slope stability calculation parameter, carry on one kind of exploratory research on the methods of constructing quality control and evaluation. The main substance is as follows: (1) Through analyzing the elements that affect the shear strength of rock-fill dam, and combining the datum of the field crush test, site density test and fixed section test, select reasonably the effect elements for the pattern research, and select the mathematical model for single element and their distinct associations research in the same time. (2) Carry on regression model calculation and analysis of the fixed single element, and decide the function of the mathematical mode. through calculations, obtain that the main elements affect on the shear strength of rock-fill dam (The original is merely talked about the inner friction horn) are unanimous essentially to home and abroad research fruit at the moment. On this sense, it may being supposed to certificate the research fruit and the experience of predecessors; on the other hand, can think that the primary sources is accurately dependable and at the same time also may be as the calculation data of much elements pattern research. (3) Carry on gradually linear regression model calculation making use of the calculation result of single element calculation, and then select the comparative marked three effect elements to shear strength of rock-fill dam (compacted thickness T, weight percentage of <5mm and <0.075mm) as key elements of methods research on construction quality control and evaluation. (4) Analyze comparatively strong point and defect of the methods of using density test datum and using transformed inner friction angle, and then use the transformed inner friction horn that is obtained from field test datum to control the construction quality, evaluate construction quality, select the slope stability calculation parameter of rock-fill dam.
