Today electricity network harmonic are severely, exact measurements for active and reactive power are foundation of computation in electric power system, and by which reactive power can be adjusted. In the power measurement field, existing frequency-domain decomposition and recognition method are few, and most based on FFT. Large leakage error, grid effect and real time unforcement happened in the application. Otherwise, FFT abstract every harmonic, and can't abstract harmonics in one frequency range. So it increases calculations and error. In application it can't adapt to power signal decomposition request. Therefore researching new power measurement method based on frequency-domain power signal decomposition according to frequency range resolution theory, which not only the demand of metering ,but also offer theory gist for cleaning electricity network, reasonable compensation and erasing harmonics.This paper made theory argumentation, technique analyses and many data testing for the wavelet transform power measurement method based on referencing correlative documentation, techniques in the world, central...
