This paper analyzed the high-precision power meter development in domestic and international.Expatiate the Design thinking of energy Measurement Algorithm which aim at the requirement of electric power sector.This paper adopt new technology of SOPC,design and implement the three-phase energy metering algorithm.Experiments show that the design accord with high-precision requirements.First,this paper Summary the development of power meter and the main problems of high-precision meter,introduced SOPC new technology,as well as general design process. Expatiate the significance of using SOPC technology on the development of high precision meter.Bring forward the design scheme of using NIOSâ…ˇas embedded microprocessor.Research the analysis methods and theoretical foundations in power energy measurement,introduce the active power measurement algorithm,as well as internal needs filter,multiplication,FFT algorithm.Based on the active power measurement model,Propose the mathematical model used SIMULINK.Discusse the design of comb filter;high-pass filter;multipliers;low-pass filter;digital frequency conversion;storage buffer and read-write control modules,implement these functional modules by using VHDL language.Following,use Quartus and MATLAB to conducted a joint simulation,and validate the energy measurement algorithm program.This Papers also introduce two commonly used reactive power measurement algorithm, research the reactive power measurement algorithm based on Hilbert digital filter,by comparing the different design methods,found that the best use of Chebyshev consistent approximation Hilbert digital filter design,the smallest error can be achieved.Use the sine wave signal and non-sinusoidal signal to simulate the model.Do detailed analysis of harmonic detection method, and the window function amendment act and wavelet transform algorithm.Construct variety model to simulate,and achieve the FFT harmonic detection by using FFT Magecore.Finally, calculate and analysis the overall error of the entire system.
