The research of single fuel-LPG electronic control system is based on environment-protected motorcycle for the handicapped JL50QZC which is applicable in Beijing produced by Jialing corporation in 2002. Without changing major structure of the engine, we have developed an electronic control injection device with LPG on the basis of 16 bits single-chip machine from INTEL, assisted by exhaust gas recirculation control. This kind of improvement makes the exhaust level of the engine decrease greatly with little power loss. By means of LZDC power-test device and AVL effluent gas test equipment etc., optimize various control parameters by a great deal of experiments, then attach the already optimized engine to the motorcycle frame and carry out road test, finally get the previous effect that power hardly changes while the exhaust level declines obviously. Gas inlet single-spot injection is method of fuel supply. Since this method is already adopted in auto engine, many experience could be used for reference, it is relatively easy to apply it to motorcycle, major structure don't need remodel besides little adjustment of intake manifold. Air intake system continue to use the carburetor system to control air flow, duty-ratio-control method is adopted for fuel supply. It is triggered by inner clock of single-chip machine, which hardly disturbed by outside, so the stability of the whole system gets improved. By application of the improved system on motorcycle, the exhaust level of the engine could decrease 50% averagely with little loss of the power. It brings about the increase of technical content, availability and safety on the condition of about additional 200 RMB per engine, which should be an effective solution to energy source and environment problem.
