Controlling temperature of massive concrete is mainly to solve the technical problems in construction. In A & B Building of Jiaheng Business square, which our company has constructed, controlling temperature differences between outer and inner parts of massive concrete in bottom plate of box -shape foundation was the key of the quality of the whole foundation. The above project, 3 stories floors underground and 30 floors above ground , is 71,025 m~2 totally and 122.9m high with box foundation and frame structure, and the dimension of the box-shape foundation bottom plate is 32.5×75.4×2.0m.In construction, first embed temperature sensors in massive concrete, survey, display and record inner temperature degree of concrete with computer connecting with these sensors, Concrete changing trend of inner temperature degree of massive concrete in accordance with recorded values of all measuring points. In accordance with development trend of inner temperature of massive concrete and No.1 thermodynam law, by harnessing temperature controlling system (a temperature predicting and controlling software ) which is developed in construction practice in conjunction with the application of center limited difference equation, and through simulating display of inner temperature of massive concrete before construction, select reasonable temperature controlling measurements for massive concrete. Considering fully the influence of inner high temperature to massive concrete through temperature simulation and, optimize concrete ratio.In construction , through temperature simulation for concrete, select reasonable concrete ratio, adopt circular water to lower temperature and 3cm thick felt to keep temperature, use computer to measure temperate automatically. So inner temperature can be surveyed and controlled at all moment by adjusting amount and temperature of circular water. Through above measures, changing of concrete temperature can be visible and controlled effectively, so the quality of concrete, and project time limit can be ensured, and project cost can be decreased reasonably.
