At present, starting component is a section of computer protection equipment Atresiaing the protection equipment when power system runs normally and opening the protection equipment when power system faults are the functions of starting component. Computer protection equipment will be changed to the fault programme when power system faults. In addition, Improving the action speed and reliability of starting component will be benefit to enhancing the properties of equipment and improving the provisionality of power system. Now, the methods of computer protection being applied exist the drawbacks when system has oscillation; When system occurs ground fault with fault resistance and slow expand fault, Being applied motheds will be blunt. According to the present situation, in this paper we bring up new methods.In this paper, the main starting method can response all kinds of metallicity short circuit fault sensitively and reliably, can also refuse to start when system oscillates without fault, with other methods .these will prevent wrong starting of range relay under the system oscillation.on other hand, the main starting method can rapidly act when system oscillates. In article,all fault types such as system oscillation with fault, system oscillation only, metallicity phase to phase short circuit, phase to phase short circuit ground, three phases short circuit, three phases short circuit ground .various short circuit with transition resistance and so on. have been tested by the data of RTDS (Real Time Data Simulation).The tested result is excellent. This methods can make the computer protection equipment omit the extra oscillation atresiaing component, reduce the logic complexity for starting, avoid effectively the refuse actiong of starting component when protection equipment be enatresiained, enhance the reliability of protection. After tested by on-the-spot record datd, the result of themethod is excellent. |
