The concept, classification and system structure of modern inverter are reviewed briefly, and the function realization and design parameters of the inverter on vehicle power are described in detail. Based up which, the inverter system design is presented.The design of the inverter can be divided into three main parts: the power stage circuit, control system and filtering circuit.Three-phase bridge inverter circuit is adopted. In order to simply the design of the inverter, IPM, which integrates the IGBT, driver circuit, protect circuit and etc., is adoptedControl system consists of PWM generating circuit, compensative circuit, and control regulator. The SPWM ware pulse generating circuit of inverter adopt SA4828 and AT89C51, In this paper, based on research of tradition PI regulator and synchronous PI regulator, a new regulator, P+Resonant stationary regulator, is adopted to the control system design of inverter. The new P+Resonant regulator can achieve the same steady-state and transient performance for single and three phase systems as a synchronous PI regulator does. Several regulators are analyzed and compared, through which the transfer function of the AC compensation system are derived, based up on which classical control theory is used to analyze the system stability. The correction circuit of the control system is also studied and the control system is studied completely.Based on the research of single-stage LC input filtering, in order to restrain the peak value of transient resonance wave, double-stage LC input filtering is adopted. While for the output filtering, based on the research of the constant k of T type low-pass output filtering, the method to restrain harass oscillation resonance wave is discussed, the controlled resonance damp LC output filtering is achieved.PSPICE and MATLAB simulation are employed in the paper, the simulation results are in good agreement with the theory analysis results.
