The article is surrounding the project of FAW "MITSUBISHI JKC4116 AMT analysis ".In the during of analysis ,to work in analysis ,theemphases of the article is "MITSUBISHI JKC 4116 AMT control on theplatform"At the beginning of the thesis, the present status and future developmentof AMT, The structure and working theory of the automatic mechanicaltransmission are com-prehensively discussed. The researches are advancedbased on the technical status and developing requirements of AMT beingstudied at present.When the car is moving, AMT get the informations about the statusthough various sensors installed on the system and shift the gears accordingto the dynamic three parameters shift theory. With the help of microcomputerand all kinds of executors, it gets both the advantages of the mechanicalgearbox and AT.In succession , we analyse the electronical control of MITSUBISHIJKC 4116 AMT . There are induction valve and sensors inautomechanism of the MITSUBISHI JKC 4116 . The valves can sortselect shelves valve , exchange shelves valve and deputy valve,and thesensors also can sort in the same way. The control logic of the inductionvalve is unkwon. The output of the sensors is also unkwon when theautomechanism in the different position. In order to control the AMT , wecare the control logic of the induction valves and the output of the sensors .We analyse the automechanism separately when anaysing. There arefollow sets computer, emluator , ECU , gas.There relations between hardwareas follow figure 1:Figure 1 : relations between hardwareWe note the signals that give to the induction valves and the position ofthe automechanism when anlysing.After determine the control logic of the indution valves and theoutput of the sensors,to validate the result,we program programme to drivethe AMT.If the programme can drive the AMT right , these fact can validateout analysis. At the same time we can show our analysis result to others in agood way.During drive the AMT ,we need measure the input rotation and theoutput rotation ,then we compute the inverse proportion rotation according tothe input rotation and the output rotation.Then we fix on the shelves.The designing requirement of controlling the software of the laboratorybench is:According to the analysis of the above, we know automechanismwhich control logic is it respond with executive body sensor output value atbeing in different position to have in induction valve, Work out and close theautomatic transmission procedure that the ring controlled according to thecontrol logic and sensor outputting value, response one by one that can beunder the function of the outside button. Namely press a key and change ashelf. After finishing this function , arrange out the procedure that operatedautomatically , including upgrade automatically and lower the shelfprocedure automatically, it is to begin to upgrade from a shelf to upgrade theconcrete function of the procedure automatically, a shelf location of eachincrease, rise to 16 most top-grade shelves then transfer to and lower the shelfprocedure automatically; Lower shelf procedure concrete function to is itlower shelf to begin from 16 shelf , reduce 1 shelf location each timeautomatically, over while reducing to most low-gradly. The time interval ofautomatic transmission is 10 seconds, namely from a shelf location whilechanging to another shelf location, the time interval is 10 seconds.In the analysis course of the AMT, it is correct or not that it is selectedanalysis that changes shelf control signal and sensor of executive sets, mustbe proved. Only undergo the experiment of a shelf, could find the practicalproblem storing in , could perfect and analyse further , establish thefoundation for practical application.。After analysing the automaticallycontrolled system of the AMT and executive body , test a shelf , change theshelf to handle and control dynamically to the AMT . Obtain characteristicthat reflect when operating dynamically further , analyse result , timecharacteristic , and cooperation relation that might appear that handledynamically. During the process of verifying and analysing, it change it needat the time of shelf it last every shelf of transmission than, thus confirm thecorresponding shelf location of every shelf. After the location sureness of theshelf , work out the continuous automatic transmission procedure , test theautomatic control system of the AMT.Because the improvement of the electronic degree of the AMT , theelectronic control system is relatively complicated, any component is crankyin the system, or takes off and keeps in touch badly etc. loose wire , pin, will...
