| The automation and electronic control is one of the symbol of the advanced automotive technology. It is the trend of the development of automotive technology. As the combination of both, automated mechanical transmission (AMT) have developed greatly in this years. Now in the driving of the actuator of AMT the mass is the form of hydraulic pressure. But with the nowaday rapid development of electronic and automated technology it is possible to use the electric power in the actuator system of the transmission and it has been used to a certain extent. This kind of transmission using electric power to drive and controlling with electronic technology is named Electronic-controlled and Electronic-powered Automated Mechanical Transmission. Its actuators with electric power use the electromotor to drive the controlled object (gun, clutch and shift equipment) of the transmission to fulfill their corresponding abilities. The research content of the diploma project is about the shift system of the electronic-controlled and electronic-powered automated mechanical transmission.First, the non-select shift actuator is put forward in the base of researching the development of the AMT shift actuator home and abroad. The principle is: the movement of the three shift forked plectrum shafts are controlled by three single motors. Through the corresponding organs, the rotation of the motor is changed to the straight movement needed in the shift course. The actuator does not need selecting the shift and shift directly. The shift action of each shift isn't correlative. Thus, there isn't the selecting shift action of mechanical organ during shift, there is only the course of shift so the movements of shift actuator don't influence each other, the mechanical structure is correspondingly simple and the shift action is rapid either. According to the non-select shift mechanical organ the non-select shift actuator has been designed in the project on the base of the manual transmission of BJ2020S.Shift time is one of the factors that impact the shift quality. During shifting the shift time is composed of clutch acting time and shift acting time. As a part of the shift time the shift acting time have an effect on the shift quality, it is determined by the shift system. The project researches the movement of the non-select shift actuator with electronic power in the course of shift on the base of the dynamical analyze of the electromotor system. The non-select shift actuator has been designed in the project. Finally we got the dynamical model about the movement of shift actuator in the course of shift.
