The paper studies and explores that makes use of image processing technique to realize the method of detecting the Colloidal gold strips. The author firstly analyzes the characteristics and defects of the generalized quantitative detection's method of the bio-ticket, and puts forward the project of portable detection system based on optical image processing technique, the project realizes the key technique of image processing and analysis of the bio-ticket from photoelectric mechanism of the ration of the bio-ticket, including the image preprocessing of the bio-ticket, the image segmentation and feature extraction. The paper designs the portable system for measuring and analyzing the result of the bio-ticket that based on FPGA and high-speed microprocessor and it also develops the computer software platform for analyzing the image of the bio-ticket. Experiments indicate that it is reliable. The Colloidal gold strips is a kind of biochemical micro-detection technique developed rapidly in recent years; it is extensively applied to such fields as medical diagnosis on disease, food security, etc. The use of colloidal gold strips, which mainly compares with the color standard card, and is analyzed by the naked eyes, but can't get quantificational result, it limits its popularization and application. With the method of the biology test paper being constant development, related to it correspondingly various kinds of Colloidal Gold Strips Reader appear, which not only improves precision of the result of the measurement greatly but also makes the gold mark test paper method develop into the analytical method of the quantitative detection directly according to the need from only quantitative detection analysis or half quantitative analysis originally. The problem studied and solved in the paper is how to make use of the analysis method of the image to get the quantitative result of the bio-ticket. Researched content is divided into two parts, one part introduces the operation principle of the measure and analysis instrument and the key algorithm for processing the image of the gold mark test paper. In this part, it introduces photo electricity conversion mechanism of the quantitative detection method , and explains the procedure of analyzing and processing the image of the bio-ticket . The other part introduces the development of the analysis instrument for measuring the result in detail, including introduces the experiment that utilizes the analysis instrument to detect the muscle the principle of the systematic hardware, makeup and design principle. In the end it extracts ration reflected by the bio-ticket. Combining the research contents, the structure of this text is arranged as follows: Chapter 1:It introduces the development overview of the modern biochemical detection system and the research background of the analysis instrument of the bio-ticket, and it analyzes and compares several kinds of design project to detect the ration of the bio-ticket. Chapter 2:It researches the photoelectric mechanism of the quantitative detection of the test paper and introduces the choice method of the light source in the analysis system firstly, then explains that the stripe of the test paper has the quantitative relation with the liquor concentration. Chapter 3:It introduces the key technique of analyzing and processing image of the bio-ticket, which gets the target image by image filtering and image segmentation. On the base, the stripe feature value reflected by the target test is selected and computed. Chapter 4:It designs the hardware system of the analysis instrument, and sets up a portable platform for acquiring and analyzing the image of the bio-ticket including high-accuracy CCD image sensor, video decoder, FPGA, high-speed microprocessor and communication module. Chapter 5:It accomplishes a relevant software design of the analysis instrument and puts forward a new design project to acquire and store the video picture by FPGA. Chapter 6:It tests the bio-ticket analysis instrument by experiment, which indicates it is applied based on image detection.
