| In recent years,with the rapid development of highway transportation,highway mileage has increased year by year.But at the same time,there are also a large number of open traffic sections began to enter the maintenance cycle.As an important guide of the highway,the maintenance of traffic markings should not be ignored.The traditional method of manually checking highway markings not only has a large engineering volume but also has a great influence on human factors,and is prone to errors and omissions.It has become the development direction of the highway maintenance work in China to research the intelligent collection method of the marking information and to design and develop the highway marking information management system with high and new technology.In order to achieve the high efficiency of the highway traffic marking information collection and the information and intelligence of the maintenance information management,and improve the quality of the highway traffic management and service.With the development of UAV aerial photography technology,and because UAV has the advantages of flexibility,low cost and convenient operation,it has a good practical value and development prospect to introduce UAV aerial photography technology into the collection and detection of highway markings.This paper studies the design of highway marking damage detection and management system based on UAV aerial image.Through the image processing of the road image taken by UAV,extract the road marking data and detect its damage,and then design the management system to scientifically manage the marking information data.The main work of this paper is as follows:Firstly,this paper introduces the research process of collection,identification and management of highway marking information at home and abroad,studies,summarizes and concludes the research results of various scholars in related fields,and determines the main research content and technical route of the paper.Then,aiming at the collected marking target,the characteristics of the aerial highway marking image taken by UAV are analyzed,and the image target is enhanced by preprocessing.In order to improve the accuracy of image segmentation and marking extraction,the highway marking area is located and extracted by morphological operation.Secondly,this paper optimizes the image segmentation algorithm of the Otsu algorithm by attribute weighted naive Bayes algorithm.According to the morphological size,distribution rule and other characteristics of the markings,the interference areas such as vehicles,shadows and other non markings are removed to extract the markings target.The experimental results show that the marking extraction algorithm in this paper has good performance and high accuracy.Thirdly,according to the different damage types of the damaged markings,design the marking damage detection algorithm to detect the degree of damage,so as to improve the accuracy of the marking damage detection.There are two detection methods for the damage detection of the markings:pixel measurement and morphology.Experiments show that the algorithm designed in this paper has good accuracy and practicability.Finally,based on the above research,this paper selects Matlab environment and Unity3D engine to design and initially construct a highway marking management system,which can effectively extract the marking data and comprehensively assess its damage degree,provide data support for the maintenance management of highway marking,and realize the three-dimensional visualization of the marking data.The system improves the automation and scientificity of the information management of highway traffic marking maintenance,and provides reference and practical value for the actual construction and application of highway traffic marking information management system by the traffic management department in the future. |
