In this thesis, the network expert system for maintain work schedule & switching sequence of substations based on ameliorative structure of three-layer client/server has been proposed and established. The following three aspects about expert system for maintain working arrangement and switching sequence of substations have been discussed. Firstly, aiming at the success probability of software exploitation, and in order to reduce the failure possibility of software exploitation, a schema adopting software model as precursor during design stage and exploitation stage has been proposed. Secondly, aiming at intelligence and openness and maintainability of the ES, a schema combining ES technology and DCOM technology has been presented. Thirdly, aiming at the universality aspect, based on theory of software reuses, a schema reusing preexisted component to develop reasoning machine components for new connected scheme has been presented.
