| The rotary vane wheel is the alone equipment from the coal storage to the original coal bunker. Its working stability is immediacy impacting the safe running of the coal handling plant system in the electric power plant. Aim at the actuality, the thesis presents the application of the electric carrier wave to this system. This paper has researched control theory of the rotary vane wheel integrated the control theory of carrier wave, realized remote program control of the rotary vane wheel in MaTou electric power plant. Realized remote monitor and control of the rotary vane wheel in the master-control room by the signal transmission form used power line in the rotary vane wheel, integrated the theory of the carrier wave communication, by the power line, used of the computer configuration and the control technique. Then all expected performance index has been realized, and investment outlay has been mostly reduced. The result has gained a great lot economic performance.
