The development of foundation pit engineering of Nanning basin recently ten years makes know that the successfully cases of foundation pit engineering in this area coexist with the failure ones, and there are also many problems we aren't understand distinctly. Foundation pit engineering possess powerful district feature because of the difference of area distribution of soil. So the foundation pit engineering of Nanning basin possess not only generality of all foundation pit engineering but also the self-particularity. At the moment, calculation software in common use can only calculate and analyze the generality structural design factors, but can not consider the non-structural design factors which possess extreme district. Based on the summary of development course of foundation pit engineering of Nanning basin nearly ten years, this paper proposes some non-structural influencing factors of foundation pit engineering of Nanning basin, such as hydrographic geology, modal of foundation and foundation pit, ground water, peripheral environment, construction in rainy season and so on. According the analysis of these factors, this paper also generalizes some principal suggestion of the design and construction of the foundation pit engineering of Nanningbasin. On the base of analysis of present situation and characteristic of foundation pit engineering, this paper summarizes how to strengthen the monitoring work and fulfill gradually informational construction foundation pit engineering. Finally, this paper make a proposal on deformation control of foundation pit supporting structure imbedded extreme soft rock on the base of the analysis of field measure-mental deformation of slurry-wall.
