The thesis of wind-heating is analyzed and discussed systematically in this paper. Then, a cheap and efficient wind-heating control system that use the SCM AT89C51 is developed on the base of looking rotate speed of windmill and the temperature of diathermanous medium as the object. The control system can regulate the wind-heating device by controlling the induction valve and the electromotor.The main research achievements in this paper are as follows: Firstly, a wind-heating control system that uses the SCM AT89C51 is given according to the mission requirement and the characteristic of wind-heating. Secondly, on the base of analyzing the characteristic of all sorts of SCM, a SCM AT89C51 is selected as the master module and the hardware of the system is designed and developed. Thirdly, on the data acquisition module, the selection of sensors, temperature and rotate speed sampling and magnifying, A/D conversion and SCM interface circuit design is introduced. Fourthly, the output module is designed which can control the electromotor and the induction valve, realize the alert circuit. Fifthly, the man-machine interface, display circuit and keyboard scan circuit of the system are designed. Lastly, the software of the control system is designed, and the module-design idea is used in the software.After the debug of hardware and software, test run have done. The results shows that the design of wind-heating control system developed in this research is rational and the system can work reliably. It will have a wide prospect of popularization and usage with the development of wind-heating technology in china.
