Abstract/Summary:
Abundant information including the status of health of the human body is loaded by pulse image. Pulse diagnosis takes important part in four kinds of disease diagnosis in Chinese Medicine. Because Chinese medical doctor acquire the information of pulse image by fingers, some lacks are exposed in the long-term practice of medical treatment. The qualitative and subjective analysis about pulse diagnosis has influenced its accuracy and possibility and restricted the development, application and communication of pulse diagnosis. For the sack of developing Traditional Chinese Medicine and accelerating the application and development of pulse diagnosis, it is necessary to combined with modern science and technology to impersonalise the research of pulse diagnosis, and realize the more scientific and impersonal diagnosis.The technology of virtual instrument combines the technology of computer, digital signal processing, standard bus and software engineering method. It represents the development direction of the measuring instrument and auto-testing system in the future. Although Medical instrument has its special places, it has a system of measurement too. As long as supplying the parts of front end, the virtual medical instrument can be constituted.The testing system of Chinese medicine pulse image be developed in the paper includes sensor, the part of signal pre-processing, USB digital acquisition module and the application software programmed by LabVIEW. The characteristic parameters in the time and frequency domains can be obtained using the application software made in the paper. It can meet diagnosis acquirement from different angles. The interface of USB is adopted to connect the data acquiring hardware and computer, so the sample rate is increased and sampling channels can be added. Moreover, it can be realized the adjustment of signal gain in the virtual panel of the application software.The testing system fully utilizing the resources of computer makes the design of medicine instrument simply, flexible, modular, easy to mend, good repeatable and economical etc. furthermore, its function is enhanced. For example, the capability of saving, government and signal analysis has been advanced. At the same time, user interface is more beautiful and friendly, and the operation is very simple.It has several innovation points in the paper. For the convenience to debug the system, a method that producing analog signal of pulse image is put forward based on the reversibility of magnetoelectric type transducer. The equipment is designed in the paper. The instrument of Chinese medicine pulse image is designed based on the concept of virtual instrument, and a kind of virtual instrument development platforms-LabVIEW is adopted to program the application software. In the design of data acquiring hardware based on USB, a design method is brought forward for utilizing resources of Single Chip Microcomputer fully. Reading or writing operation to FT245BM is based on the External Data Memory Read and Write Cycle of MCS-51 according to this method, and it is proved by experiments.
