Research On Technologies To Information Of The Intellectual Electric Apparatus

Communication of the intellectual electric apparatus is one of the key technologies to information of the intelligent apparatus. Technologies to information of the intellectual apparatus on the basis of the on-the-spot bus is a multi-disciplinary research of crossing technology which combines electric apparatus technology, computer technology, data communication together. The study and application of this technology can help users to understand the basic parameter of the electric circuit, optimize the allocation of electric resources, accomplish rational utilization. Meanwhile, the adoption of this technology improved not only the function and technological content of the electric apparatus itself but also the competitiveness of the manufacturing enterprise of the electric apparatus.In order to realize the intellectual electric apparatus data communication function, this paper designed intellectual electric apparatus serial bus IASB taking RS-485 as interface. It has such characteristics as low costs of hardware, easily using, wide coverage, the transmission speed of data meeting the demands, expanding flexibly. This paper made the communication agreement of IASB bus. It defined word section, such as address, packet identification, circulation redundancy check, etc.; It defined the data forms of information packets, such as contacting, shaking hands, pipe canceling, data, etc. It stipulated the control method of setting up data transmission, such as joining, data transmission, disconnecting joining, pipe canceling, error correction and dealing with, etc. To key one-chip computer of 80C196KC and AT89C52 chip commonly used by intellectual electric apparatus, it designed the minimum system of the one-chip computer. Adopting MAX485 chip in this system, it designed RS-485 interface circuit. This circuit has played the function of being designation consulting to other type of one-chip computers. It developed the demonstration system of intellectual electric apparatus data communication. The demonstration system has the function of contacting the endpoint, showing the data of the endpoint, revising the data of endpoint. The system allows users to alter endpoint number online through DIP switch; It Supports heat inserting and pulling out of the communication networkline. The systematic covering distance is 200 meters. The system discerns the type which inserts the electric apparatus, the electric apparatus manufacturer, parameter of the circuit, etc automatically by joining database system. These functions have satisfied the basic demand of intellectual electric apparatus data communication.
