With the Implementation of the policy on wall innovation and energy saving, the development of the residential structure system becomes one of the pre-task in engineering at present. Based on the traditional shear wall, a new residential structure system -thin shear wall without demoulding of reinforced concrete is advanced in this paper. It aims at substituting the traditional building system of brick construction. The shear walls not only have the good capability of resisting earthquake; but also overcome the shortcomings of traditional shear wall, such as the large self-weight, stiffness and earthquake action. Considering the characteristics of the cities and towns and rural buildings, applying the system to sub-high residences, it can reduce self-weight, stiffness, earthquake action, save material and energy, so building's integration economy target can be fallen.The subject focuses on the experimental study and non-linear FEM analysis of shear wall without demoulding of reinforced concrete. The research is mainly made from the following three aspects in the paper:(1) First, the test is done with two different thickness property by horizontal low cyclic loadings. The whole destroy process is observed, at the same time, load-displacement hysteretic curve is obtained. Through the test data, their properties including strength property, deformation property and energy property are studied. Speaking in detail, we study the degree of the cracking load, yield load and failure load, recovery force model, stiffness degradation, dissipative coefficient and the property of ductility.(2) Second, based on the experimentation, combining test means and FEM value theory together, a non-linear finite element analysis is carried to a slice of wallboard with ANSYS. Through comparing and analyzing of bearing capacity, development of crack and stress-strain curve, the results show that the load-deflection plots for specimens from the finite element analysis agree well with the experimental data. If choosing rational constitutive behavior, ANSYS program can well simulate the test process.(3) Third, preliminary research is carried on the out-plane stability of the thin shear wall.It is show that shear wall without demoulding system which the cold-draw steel wire is taken as reinforcement can control the development of crack, strengthen the integer of the wall, resist seismic action well and has wide market prospects. |
