Abstract/Summary:
The steel tube bundle concrete composite wall combines the H-section steel,C-section steel or channel steel and steel plate to develop a steel tube bundle component with multiple cavities,and then pour concrete into the cavity to improve the mechanical performance compared to the traditional reinforced concrete shear wall.This structure is easy to assemble,and the steel pipe and concrete work together,which makes full use of the properties of the two materials.Also,the ductility and energy dissipation capacity of this component are improved,and the construction time is effectively shortened.However,at present,the relative researches on the new type of steel tube bundle concrete composite wall is not still enough,and there is a lack of systematic research.Therefore,in this paper,the I-shaped steel tube bundle high-strength concrete composite shear wall structure is proposed,and its hysteretic behavior is studied.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Six specimens of 1:3 scale I-shaped steel tube bundle concrete composite shear wall were designed and fabricated,and cyclic tests were carried out to investigate the effects of shear span ratio,axial compression ratio and steel tube bundle size on their hysteretic behavior,horizontal bearing capacity,and lateral stiffness.(2)The finite element model of steel tube and concrete beam are compared with the finite element model of steel tube and concrete beam,and the finite element model of steel tube and concrete beam is verified by the ABAQUS program.(3)The refined finite element models of twenty-one steel tube bundle high-strength concrete composite shear walls were established,and the effects of shear span ratio,axial compression ratio,steel strength,concrete strength,wall thickness,steel tube bundle size,steel plate thickness,steel tube thickness,whether to add concrete and diaphragm on the hysteretic performance of the specimens were systematically analyzed.
